Rochester Area Community Foundation

Students in the Rochester, New York area are eligible. Many scholarships are awarded to students attending colleges in Monroe County, but not all — some are eligible for college, technical, and vocational opportunities that can be used across the United States.

RACF utilizes a universal application to help students apply for more than one scholarship that might fit their eligibility. Not all scholarships have the same requirements — each scholarship fund is unique and based on donor preferences. Some scholarships have their own deadlines and requirements.
